The August bank holiday found us at the Sheffield Fayre, some what tucked out of the way but the public managed to find us. With most members only being able to attend on the Monday and the location of the event precluded that a smaller than usual display was put on, which still attracted a modest amount of attention from the public along with several serving members of the armed forces and a an Indian Airforce Officer ??!

A slight change to the kit display was made to reflect a SOP we found in a 1980 dated Infantry manual, which still weighed in at 29kg.

We also had support from two vehicle owners whose landrover (A 1967 Landrover configured as a stretcher carrier a veteran of the Falklands war) and ferret flanked the display.
