Firepower
Museum, London
Another worthwhile trip. Despite the cold weather and the traffic jams to
get there, this event although quiet was as enjoyable as the previous
year. Made all the better by the fact that the group was almost at full
strength. Mad Dan entertained us by his daring feats in kit changing
powers arriving at the event in FULL CEMO for a RM in the Falklands,
Complaining it was too hot inside he spent most of the Sunday outside
wearing his fully loaded RM bergen. He certainly puts us all to shame,
there is no stopping him. The group managed to portray various units and
variations of uniforms from 1982 through to 1985 throughout the event,
chopping and changing there appearance at an alarming rate. More out of
fun then anything and it allowed the visitors to see the different
variations. |
